Refuah PT & OT

My experience with the receptionist was positive. She and physical therapist both accommodated my schedule and both were personable. The therapist did adhere to requirements of meeting with the patient for a minimum of 8 minutes per session in order to bill . Most sessions she met with me for more than 8 minutes . I took off a star because I would have liked some printed material on exercise I could do at home .

I didn't feel there exercises were helping, so I had to leave... The PT did not sound to be too knowledgeable about my condition. Yup ......

Amazing service and excellent therapist. The staff members here are really friendly, patient and accommodating. I came here for a knee injury after having been to a different local place that felt very clinical and almost factory-like. There is no comparison between the other place I've been to and Refuah. The therapist are knowledgeable, they give each client personalized attention and my knee is really getting stronger. My preschooler is also seeing an OT at Refuah. I am really happy with the work (and progress) they are doing with her and she is so excited to come each time. I highly recommend this place for OT or PT for both children and adults.

Joe, Sara, Simche,and Gedalia are amazing skilled providers! They go above and beyond. Nataly the office manager is a pleasure to deal with.
