Reed's Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy in the quad- state area. Craig leads with kindness and knowledge. I trust him. He encourages his staff to do the same. They do get busy, but if a mistake is made they do their very best to make corrections. In a growing push to make pharmaceuticals mail order, you cannot replicate the service you get at Reed’s Pharmacy in Hancock. They earn a 5 star rating plus more.

First visit there. Pharmacist was very informative and made sure all of our medicine needs were met for our son. He was great at explaining any precautions with his medicine and was very personable!!

This is the best pharmacy and Hancock. Their quick friendly honest people who care about the people they're serving. I've been to OTHER pharmacies in Hancock also not only do they ignore me but took away my refills when they reprint of the label of the medicine bottle. Reed's pharmacy is great

A few times they've forgotten to fill my prescription. It took my coming to pick it up to remind them to fill it and another time they had forgotten to order it after I had called 2 days before to remind them. And when it happens they jump to the defense automatically with no complaints from me. I don't usually write bad reviews but it's been 3 different times that this has happened.
