Dr. Reynolds is very attentive to my concerns. He is very thorough and efficient. He has corrected my “incorrectable” left eye better than any other optometrist. The staff is friendly and courteous. The selection of frames is on the small side but I always find something I really like. Highly recommended!
I had what I thought was an emergency and they interviewed me on the phone and made me an appointment as soon as possible. Everyone was so professional and attentive to every little detail. I appreciate the treatment, diagnosis and medicine wonderful group.
No waiting! Fast check-in via a kiosk- I like this but can see that some might have difficulty… Dr was pleasant, knew my history. The medical assistant was also very pleasant and answered my questions. I’ve been going here for years.
Great place to get your eye care. Staff is friendly and Doctor is thorough, answers questions and offers recommendations.
My appointment with Dr. Reynolds included initial screening with his tech (very pleasant and professional)..they were punctual and attentive. I was given opportunity to ask questions and have them answered to my understanding and satisfaction. Definitely felt like I was in good hands;)
