Redwood Grove Post Acute

Our family has had a really positive experience at this facility. The nurses and CNAs are attentive, patient, and treat residents with dignity. The building is clean, organized, and you can tell the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. Communication has been consistent, and whenever we’ve had questions, someone has taken the time to explain things clearly. The therapy team has also been wonderful. They’re encouraging, realistic, and truly focused on helping residents regain strength and independence. We’ve seen steady progress, and that’s meant a lot to our family. We’ve had good interactions with Nurse Xavier as well; he’s kind, professional, and always approachable. Overall, we’re grateful for the care and support our loved one receives here.

My mother will be discharging soon from Dominican Hospital, and we were encouraged to look into skilled nursing facilities in the area. I decided to stop by Redwood Grove Post Acute yesterday to see the environment for myself, and I was very impressed. Havier immediately stood out to us. He paused what he was doing to personally give my father and me a tour of the facility, showed us the therapy room, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He was warm, professional, and very reassuring when discussing what a safe and smooth discharge would look like if my mom were admitted there. I was scheduled to go to a rehab center that ended up being full and was sent to Redwood Grove instead. THANK GOODNESS! I highly recommend this facility and want to thank all of the staff at Redwood Grove for their incredible service. Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and patient. Thank you PT/OT department for your knowledge and sense of humor. Thank you housekeeping department for your cleanliness. My uncle stayed at this facility for a while, and our family had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and everyone we interacted with made things feel a lot less stressful. I also want to mention one of the nurses, Xavier. He stood out to us because he was consistently kind and attentive. He checked in on my uncle often and always made sure we understood what was going on with his care. When my uncle needed a bandage change, Xavier offered to do it himself instead of making us wait for someone else, which had happened before. My Mother required 24/7 care following a hospital stay. Her stay at Redwood Grove was 79 days. August to November 2025. I am glad I chose Redwood Grove. She received excellent care during her rehabilitation time. Every employee I communicated with or observed were professional and helpful. Every nurse and CNA were very clear in their communication with my Mother and me. The Physical Rehabilitation Staff were exceptional. Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists were all involved in her progress. She went from being bedridden to walking again with her walker. The Administrative Staff were not locked in offices, they were out and about in the facility. I cannot forget these angels! The Nurses and CNAs.
