Very bad service I not advise you to go this clinic. . When you are taking appointment he said the insurance cover but when you’re there ask you to pay $$$$$ Don’t loss your money and your time

I had an amazing experience at this place. The staff was kind and very helpful. Jeff, Alejandra, Eric were great. They handled a rude patient in an amazing manner. They didn't belittle the customer or raise their voice. They were all cool calm and collective.

Very bad customer service. The man he’s named JESS He hung up on me several times. He is disrespectful and unqualified to deal with customers..

Dr. Adam is the best eye doctor I have ever had. However, the front staff is very bias and lack compassion & empathy. They have this bad work ethics that makes me feel that I don’t want to go to this office. It’s sad that they would rather make me change pharmacy for their conscience then made me feel that I was an inconvenience when I showed up for an appointment for the staff to only tell me that I called to cancel but then they send me a text to confirm my appointment . It’s not right and I feel that I’m always have to work to be in their terms or else I won’t get treatment from Dr. Adam who is the best Eye doctor I’ve ever had.

The front desk staff where amazing, they where kind and patient and managed to find a way to work with my out of state insurance!! Dr. Adam was fantastic and quickly and efficiently found my problem and ordered the right medication. Thank you all so much!!!!
