I love Dr. Hardman and the services of his staff. Like all doctors appointments there may be some waiting. But, the knowledge and they care with their patients is unmatched. Thank you for your service!

Waited an hour after checking in early for my appointment. I had to ask the receptionist when I would be seen and she told me that because she was late to work she didn't know who had been seen or who hadn't yet, so she just picked someone on the page and skipped over me. Absolutely ridiculous that this place doesn't have a better system of tracking appointments or at least who has been seen and who hasn't. Cancelled my appointment because it would be another hour at least to get seen.

I had an appt at 130. It’s 330 and I am still waiting to finish. The woman at the front desk seems so irritated that I am at the window asking if he needs me back, since he sent me to the shop while my eyes dilate and I wasn’t in the office to see if my name had been called. Maybe it is because she is chatting with someone she knows in the phone. She says to the Dr like I can’t hear through the window, “What are you doing with this this girl? She just keeps coming to the window, do you even need her??” Does….does she think the window is sound proof? Or does she just care so little about customers? That’s a strong stance to take. This is the most disorganized mess of a medical office. Big yikes. Update. Hey cool, finally done at 4. Only took 2.5 hours 😅🙄🫠

Dr McGuire is the best, have received nothing short of great care.
