Redner's Pharmacy

I contacted customer service by phone on March 2, 2026 at approximately 2:40 PM EST. During the call, the representative was rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly mimicked what I was saying in a mocking, stuttering manner, as if making fun of what I was saying. Her tone was disrespectful and offensive. I could also hear several people laughing in the background, which made it seem like she was drawing attention to the situation and encouraging others to laugh while she imitated me. My concerns were not handled properly, and the interaction did not feel respectful or helpful. I am documenting this incident in case further follow-up or escalation becomes necessary.

My husband and I get our prescriptions regularly here. We've NEVER had a problem with them. They are very nice and courteous. It's easy to get in and out. AND THEY EVEN HAVE A DRIVE THRU!❤

Just got a prescription here and I was only in the pharmacy for 2 minutes. Very fast service. Friendly folks. They have a drive thru to the right of the building. They have over the counter medicine in the pharmacy area. Nice to have a local place to get medication.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We have been going here for about 17 years now and truly feel blessed to have such a wonderful pharmacy so close. They sincerely care about their customers and you feel it!

staff is amazing , so friendly, I’ve never been to any other pharmacy with nicer staff, they answer all of your questions, and take there time to help if customers need any other assistance, love this place.Keep up the great work guys ❤️😊
