Fredericksburg Dental Center

I received a great cleaning from one of their hygienists. They have a wonderful staff! I love Heidi, she's very thorough, professional and personable! And Dr Stewart is one of the best! Personable, professional and having been away due to insurance reasons, I decided to return because he and his team are unrivaled! Very thorough. World of difference between their facility and the other local office!

Outside of the professionalism that is visible throughout the office, the one factor that impressed me the most is the interaction of the staff; courteous, helpful, considerate of my feelings and not too busy as to greet me with a welcomed smile. From the receptionists Susan and Trish, to my hygienist Dawn and then Dr. Stewart it was their combined demeanor and respect shown to me as the patient that made my visit a very comfortable and pleasant appointment. Clean! Super friendly and took me a few minutes early. Waiting room is so mellow I could have fallen asleep. I am not a fan of doctors in general but Dr. Stewart is a really nice person. Members of his team that I met, Trish and Suzanne are great to deal with. Very easy to talk with the to. Looking forward to being cared for by my new dental center.

I had the best first experience today at Fredericksburg Dental Center. These are the things that are most important to me. The reception room felt calm and welcoming. The treatment rooms were clean and organized. Customer service skills of the staff were ideal. They were punctual with my appointment and kept me informed and explained my procedure and treatment/plan. The staff and the dentist asked if I had any questions. This is a very patient oriented office. I feel their fees are very competitive with other dentists in Lebanon county. So, I am happy to say that I will be a long time patient with Fredericksburg Dental Center. Thank you Dr. Stewart and Staff!

Our dentist retired that we have been going to for over 50 years. I broke a tooth and needed to see a dentist. Fredericksburg Dental got me in on short notice. Who does that anymore. These people are awesome. Also Dawn gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. The Dentist also was so very nice and gave me an excellent examine. Oh and I was also impressed by the girl at the receiving desk. She was very nice and professional. Thank you guys!!!
