"Redi-Med" Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic

I had a great experience today going into Redi-Med. I was feeling so sick and I was treated with kindness and understanding and I was able to get everything I needed during the visit. I really appreciate everybody who helped! I will only go to them for my urgent needs in the future! No question. And I don't speak Spanish, but I love that most of the team did. That's was great.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted kindly. Not much paperwork to complete at all which was nice. It wasn't very crowded as we were early to arrive so our wait time was minimal. They took me back, asked some questions, examined me and got some past history pertaining to the illness. I was prescribed an antibiotic and was on my way. All I paid was my insurance co-pay. The whole experience was easy and the staff was knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome 1st time experiance from start 2 finish, everyone employed there were incredibly nice & on top of everthing had no anxiety which is totally out of norm 4 me, Dr. Understood my condition & dived right in getting me blood work drawn in her office which was such a great convenience but most of all love that she already had a plan if my labs are out of whack & what the next step will be! Great bed side manners spoke very well & I feel I def picked the best Dr. Who I'm going be in good hands with no doubt! .

This is only the second time I have been to this Redi-Med center and both times the staff were terrific. The providers explain everything patiently and concisely. They give you options, and explain them clearly, without any pressure. I needed get an I.V medication and was able to get it there instead of the ER. The young ladies who took care of that were amazing! So friendly, and somehow made the experience pain free. I’m grateful for everyone at this Redi-Med center.

Taken care of promptly, appear to be getting better . The billing department in 1/03/22 billed the wrong ins co. Never contacted me so when I walked in the girl at the desk demand first 167 then $100. I told her I’d contact billing and be back. I was humiliated. In front of pts waiting, Retired R.N.
