Do NOT send your loved one to this place. There is absolutely no communication between them and clients and aides. Aides are not informed on what to do and are instructed to call the client for directions to their homes. They do not give the aides a care plan and often times send aides out who are unable to comprehend english. They fail to cover shifts and do not answer their phones after hours. Stay away from this one
