Redec pharmacy

We've been using this pharmacy for a couple months now. They are a pleasure to deal with. It's a smaller pharmacy that gives a personal touch!!

After having to deal w CVS in Ballantyne Charlotte NC bc of a situation at my pain provider I gained a new respect for my Redec pharmacist. CVS was out of my rx. Pharmacist told me they could give me 10 but I must forfeit the remainder. Was told the same thing the second month. What is wrong w them?! Other pharmacies will give partial & the remainder when they have it back in stock. I was not a new patient. I used them when I lived in Clt & never encounter an issue tho not that particular branch. After a lot of work on my part I had it send to CVS Steele Ck & they couldn’t be kinder or more professional.

Top notch pharmacy. They go out of their way to care for their customers. They go over and above. Friendly personal service. I cannot imagine depending on any other pharmacy for my prescription needs.

The most caring pharmacist in town! After getting fed up with the run around at another big pharmacy we transferred our prescriptions to Redec and never had any more issues getting our refills when needed. Thank you so much for being a great example of caring in our community!
