I had a partial made at this location, they had the best price. My front tooth broke off at the gum line, the dentist here said that the tooth couldn't be saved so went to my former dentist for a 2nd opinion. He said the same thing. I was told that I had a large credit there so I decided to have my former dentist pull the tooth. I waited a month to heal, then I went back to smiles dentistry. I told them that the tooth was pulled, and that I need a new partial made. I told the girl please don't over fill the mold, because I gag easily. She didn't listen, over filled it and I started heaving. I pulled that thing out of my mouth. Monday, I met Dr. Schutz and she was wonderful. She was very thorough in her explanations and very observant and paid very close attention to my concerns and came up with a great treatment plan. Today, I met Ms. Patti who did my cleaning and scaling. When I say this has been the BEST dental experience I have had, I mean that truly! I see the dentist every 6 months and had to change so I chose this office. The dentist office has always made me cringe and make me nervous. I will say this, Ms. Patti is by far the BEST Dental Hygienist I have EVER encountered! For the first time in all my years, I left my appt with a smile and anxiety level completely on a low! This dental experience is great! The staff is very kind and my dentist Alexandra Schutz, DDS is amazing. She explains everything as she goes. Her assistant is awesome as well. This is so much better than any other dental experience I’ve ever had.

I started as a patient here not because I needed a dentist but because they would not give me the cost of procedures stemming from the endodontist. They gave me a printout of the new patient dental work they wanted to do and MY codt portion. After xrays cleanings and a need for 2 crowns, I now find out from my ins plan, that codes submitted are not covered AND my plan max beneifit had been reached BEFORE my last appointment. None of this was told to me and the codes not covered was not told to me which would've given me the option to refuse that service. Not only can I not get the important issues fixed like the crown but now I can not get my much needed knee surgery because this dentist will not sign a release form because they used up my benefits without me knowing and i can not get th
