I left my session with Meredith feeling deeply calm, grounded, and restored. She began by asking intuitive, thoughtful questions and truly listening to my concerns, then tailored the massage perfectly to what my body and nervous system needed that day. Throughout the session, she reflected gentle insights and held such a safe, attuned space. Meredith is a beautiful practitioner with a rare presence -- I felt completely cared for. Highly recommend.

I loved my first massage with Meredith (and will be back for many more). I felt so cared for during my treatment and I left feeling deeply relaxed and restored. At the beginning of the session, she asked questions and listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. She even did some intra-oral work to relieve jaw tension (it can be hard to find someone with this type of training). I highly recommend Meredith!

I cannot recommend Meredith highly enough! I have been working her for about a year now. As my inner world evolves, she has an amazing ability to pinpoint the issue and recommend a plan for each session. She makes me feel seen and understood, and I always leave feeling more centered and at peace.

Meredith is very skilled at her craft!! I've only had a handful of massages, but as can been seen from her other reviews, I would also say this the best massage therapy experience I have had to date. Meredith listens to your needs and tailors the massage treatment accordingly. She is very skilled and was able to release multiple points of tightness that I was experiencing. Since my session I feel stronger, more flexible, and am experiencing less tightness/discomfort. Further, I appreciated that she was able to provide recommendations for at-home selfcare so I can continue to benefit on my own. I plan to return soon for another session.

Meredith began our session with a short talk to understand how I was feeling and if I had any areas of concern. Once in the massage room, she was very sensitive to the temperature and whether I wanted the bed heated. The room itself was nicely appointed and the bed was made up with the softest sheets. Meredith focused on the area I wanted. The other areas were massaged as well, from feet to scalp. I purchased a pack of massages and am already planning my next visit.
