Rebecca Buckalew is a caring and concerned practitioner. She actually takes the time to talk with me one on one, which I appreciate. The staff is also supportive. This is a good gateway practice, a hub for all of my medical history where my health and well-being are are monitored in a holistic way.

Rebecca, has been a nice breath of fresh air when it comes to primary care. She will tell you the truth with no sugar coat, while maintaining a great care in what she does, I would recommend Baptist Health Primary Care Partners in general.

This nurse practitioner is so rude and seemed to be having a mental breakdown. I am not sure why she rushes through the visits with me and refuses to listen to what problems I am having. I wonder how competent she is. She refused to listen to a problem I was having with ringing in my ears. She snapped at me and said “there’s nothing wrong with your ears.” She walked out of the exam room and snapped see you in 6 months. I will never go back.
