Reba McEntire® Center for Rehabilitation

I would avoid this place at all costs. They are understaffed and cannot provide adequate care. We were actively recruited to go there while staying at Texoma Medical Center by Rachel. Once we got there she acted like she didn't even know us. The term "ambulance chaser" comes to mind. Even though some of the staff are very nice, your loved one will be neglected. They should shut down some of the beds and provide more care. They are only in it for the money. Making someone wait for an hour after they ring the bell to go pee it’s just wrong. My partner now has multiple sores all over his body from sitting in a wet bed, being left in a wheel chair for hours, and general lack of care Even when his mental satus was decling it took me screaming at them to get him transported back to the hospital.

First off I want to say I’ve had numerous surgeries throughout my life and some of them have landed me in other rehabilitation centers so I’ve had my fair share but I have to say this has been the best and most amazing rehabilitation center I’ve ever been to. Everyone from Drs, nurses, aides, therapist and just everyone has treated me so kind here. Compassion and kindness in a troubling time is so important and these wonderful people have surpassed my expectations! I highly recommend Reba Center for Rehabilitation! If you’re searching for a place that will help you become stronger and give you the best quality of care I hope you choose them because I’m grateful I did. If I ever have another surgery this is the only place I’ll go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart♥️

Each and every person involved in my moms care was excellent and professional, there is know was I can express how grateful and happy I was with the care at this facility, I highly recommend it to everyone, thanks

First I would like to say if there was an option for 0 stars I would have clicked it . I want to say first there were some amazing nursing staff such as Tashia, Jenni and Laura that I am grateful for along with the Nurse Mgr Lou for hearing our concerns. We also had some great patient care techs and amazing therapists and aides too.{ Nick & Monice}. Experience we had was awful for my father. Dr Patel the resident doctor switched all of my father's medicines and had him on more than what he ever had been on before. It was a fight for us to get him off some of the medications as my father began having hallucinations from the medicines. Some nursing staff tried convincing us it was Alzheimer's and dementia. That magically came along in a couple days even after I brought it to their attentio

Physical Therapy is great here. Nurses are also good but there’s a couple bad apples in the bunch but my dad can be super needy at times so maybe it’s just him. Food is awful according to my dad but they still feed three meals a day. Just gotta accept it’s not gonna be what you get at home. Physical Therapy however is what they do and they do it well.
