Denison Dentistry and Braces

I believe we have found our new family dentist! The staff and Dr. Jenks were kind and knowledgeable. My son needed to see a dentist fast, had no problems getting us in quickly and taking care of him. Grateful for the care he received. Thank you!

Had my first appointment today and I can tell you this is were I'll be going from now on and telling everyone I know about this place!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was amazing and helpful in so many ways the dentist mr.jenks was absolutely amazing he took the time to listen to what I was looking for but also explained everything the whole team through the whole visit was just absolutely amazing and so helpful in every aspect of the visit

Called to try to get an appointment and see if they take my new insurance. The lady who answered they phone, was instantly rude. Was not nice on the phone seemed very irritated I was calling. Left them with my insurance info and phone number and they never called back. I'm glad they didn't because just from that one interaction I wouldn't want to be seen by them anyways. 1st impressions mean a lot and this one was not good. Recommend finding somewhere with nicer and more helpful staff

Well, so far I am very impressed! I'm getting dental work in stages ...so far the deep cleaning ( which sounds and looks painful and terrifying,) went quick and painless! Dr. Jenn and Dr. Jenkins, do exceptional work along with making you feel comfortable and you're in great hands! I'll keep you updated as the process continues...I'm pleasantly happy with my choice of Dentistry 🙏😇

The only problem we have had with this office has to do with the office staff. Two times our appointments have had issues. One time I made our appointments, showed up and they didn’t have us down. Had to reschedule. This last time they tried to push an appointment an hour later even though I had my appointment card and I received a text confirming our times. This stresses me out. Dr. Jenkins and Terri are great. Years ago the entire office had nothing but sweet, caring, friendly people.
