I wish I could give zero stars. My 1 year old needs his heart failure prescriptions compounded and this is the only compound pharmacy near us. I’ve called them 2 times to have his prescriptions refilled since we’ve been out of the hospital and both times they are clueless and don’t have his prescriptions ready or even called into be compounded. This is even after I give them 2 weeks notice ahead of time so we DONT RUN OUT. This pharmacy desperately needs new management. They do not have any sense of compassion or urgency for families with high risk patients. A BABY’s life is at stake here. Save yourself the stress and frustration and contact Realo in New Bern instead.

This is the family drug store. If you don’t need 24/7 pharmacy services this business and its excellent staff are easily the best in the area.

While it is a franchise, the business still has that mom and pops store feeling, and the prices are competitive enough to where they're usually a little bit lower than Walmart and the major chains.

Pharmacist was very ugly to me and my wife to us in a time of need we will be taking our business somewhere else.

Amazing Experience! My experience getting my prescription medications filled was unmatched….I was shocked at how easy and quick the process was. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The store is clean, organized, and calming. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone in Cape Carteret, and I will definitely be returning 😊
