I am so appreciative of the service we receive at East Coast Hearing and Balance. Dr. Gaines and Dr. Kern care about my daughter's hearing and comfort. They are always quick to respond to my concerns and help as much as they can. After looking for an audiologist for my daughter for over 2 years, I am so glad that we found them.
During our annual visit to Emerald Isle, I had a minor (but annoying!) issue with my Starkey hearing aids. Dr. Gaines and the staff were able to resolve the problem quickly and completely. Many thanks!
ECH&B was great when my hearing aids stopped working while on vacation in the downeast area. They were able to get them working again. I would definitely recommend this office for their friendly & professional services 😀 Thank you
Absolutely amazing- the Doctor’s and staff are amazing- I have been having a lot of issues with balance and dizziness- this office/provider has given me hope, answers, addressed all concerns, and we aren’t done yet- but I got the most hope ever so far from anyone else. 10 stars- can’t wait for final results- life changing- thank you!
Techically proficient in Cape Carteret However, one phone line for 6 eastern NC offices highly deficient. MC hq administratively inept.
