These people are the least-friendliest store owners of all time. The pharmacist hides behind his computer monitor, and the cashier gals are "safe" from the unwashed masses behind their ridiculous erected plastic barricade (harkening back to the dark days of O'Biden's Clovid Plandemic protocols!). We are not phan's of Pink Hill Realo Drugs!
Just dropped off a UPS package there as they are a drop off location, a much needed convenience for the area. Nice folks.

This is an awesome pharmacy!! I moved here from a small town with a hometown pharmacy. I dreaded having to give that up, but much to my surprise thats exactly what Realo is. They are so welcoming I felt like I've been coming here forever!! Everyone is so kind but I have a special place in my heart for Tammy. She was so caring towards me when I was going thru a truly horrible time in my life. You guys are all great people! Keep up the good customer service! people
