Just got my first Covid 19 vaccine here and was really impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff, their efficiency, attention to safety and the distancing between patients in a very large space behind the actual retail area. The sign up process was with a real person. No waiting for a call back. She was so pleasant and very efficient. Clearly a pharmacy that cares about the community they serve.

I thought it would be nice to help a local pharmacy but after 1 phone call there I will definitely be switching to Walgreens. Phone etiquette is a must, keep it cute ladies 😊

Had a horrible sinus infection. Went into the store and a wonderful lady helped me. Got me just the right kind of medicine I needed. I will definitely be moving all my pharmacy needs there. That down to earth small town feel. I loved it.

Just called to ask about a specific medication and was told on the phone that they have it. Arrived about 15 minutes later and was told that they do not have it. Poor communication skills and very poor customer service. Prior to this, I spoke to the store in Smithfield and they specifically told me to call this location. Not a problem unless you’re extremely sick and need said medication.

The Pharmacists Carl and Heather are very personable and take the time to get to really know their customers👍and the staff knows me by name as well and is always friendly and outgoing and eager to help me in any way they can. I originally switched Pharmacy's. Because I. Didn't. Have insurance and their prices were cheaper than everybody elses 👍 I love my Realo and when I can't make it by there to get my meds they deliver them to me 😍Awesome people awesome service Awesome store 👍
