Ready Meds Pharmacy

Definitely NO STARS for Ready Meds. Very frustrated with Ready Meds. After multiple calls to them regarding repeated billing errors over the last several months, they have continued to send items by mail that were not ordered and then they charge our credit card. Have changed all our rx meds to go through Costco which is very reliable and responsive to any issues, instead of trying to explain a problem with someone at Ready Meds which is not even in Spokane.

I've used their service for almost two years. They were Ok initially but since then in the last 6 months I'm missing medication in my bottles. I was told today, my meds were coming. It never happened. Been out of important medication for two days now. Unacceptable.

This is a FAKE business. And delivery ONLY. The pictures for the Spokane Location show a storefront with real live people and well lit service counter. There is no such thing at the Spokane location. You cannot go there and talk to live people or even talk to the people inside this business location on the phone. MISLEADING INFO IN GOOGLE MAPS. BIG WASTE OF TIME. AVOID. The thumbnail picture for the Spokane location is taken at another location. The information in google maps for this business says "in store shopping". The people on the phones sound like they are on heroin and did not warn me that this is NOT a retail establishment which wasted both mine AND my docotor's time.

The worst pharmacy ever!! My husband has not got his important drugs many times! He has had withdrawals and he is older and it could really effect him! Go anywhere else!

Doctor will order medications and it will take them a week to deliver, and this is after multiple follow-ups.
