Great staff & dr that listen & Help!

They left me a voicemail an told me I need to reschedule my daughter's 2 month appointment cause her doc was not going to be in the office that day. Its been a week and im still waiting for them to return my call so I can reschedule. I've called them twice now an still haven't heard anything. Hell it took me 2 days to get ahold of someone just to schedule her first appointment. I had to have the hospital she was born at call them so that they would finally call me back after.

I brought up many concerns regarding my daughters development at every single appointment and was dismissed each time. They missed major tongue and lip ties, apraxia of speech/speech delay, and blamed her inability to sleep on me instead of finding the root cause (sensory processing disorder). I asked about autism multiple times and was brushed off and told my daughter was just weird and quirky, but she is in the process of being diagnosed by a developmental pediatrician. Not one of the above was caught by reading peds. I would never take my child here again because they rush through appointments and say everything is normal. I will get her the proper care she needs and deserves somewhere else. No parent should take their child here because they don’t take your concerns seriously, and it’s

TERRIBLE service. Had my son’s medical records sent a month ago. Have called and left voicemails and no one calls back.

This office is absolute garbage. Called five times left multiple voicemails to see if they received my daughters transcript and never ever heard anything back it’s been over a month with no response. Called St Joe’s and they answered right away got an appointment right away.
