Penn State Health Urgent Care - Muhlenberg

I received care at Penn State Health Urgent Care – Muhlenberg on New Year’s Day and truly could not have asked for a better experience. From check-in through X-rays and into my treatment plan, the entire team was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. I never felt rushed or dismissed. My comfort and care were clearly a priority from beginning to end. A special thank-you to Jill, who was kind, calm, and reassuring, and to Angela, whose thoroughness and clear communication made a stressful situation feel manageable and well-handled. I’m genuinely grateful for this crew. Exceptional care, especially on a holiday, does not go unnoticed.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. This was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had at an urgent care. That’s why I am being sure to let you know about my experience. I had a corneal abrasion in my right eye. I don’t know the name of the first nurse that I saw, the one who took my vitals, but she was so very friendly and pleasant. She made me feel so comfortable at a time when I was really feeling miserable and very irritated. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to come in. I don’t know her name either. She was also very friendly and personable. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line. She was very thorough. She made sure that I left with documentation about my injury. 1st time being a patient at Penn State Health as Ive been going to Tower for 16 + years. I was very impressed by the building and cleanliness. The front desk staff was kind. Brooke, PA, was wonderful and timely. The RN was top notch (sorry I dont remember her name). She was great at explanation and pleasant. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

Injured my finger i didn't want to take chances . I normally use another Urgent Care further away... After visiting this place I know if needed I'll be coming to this place. It's closer, everyone was very friendly. Dr. explained everything so I could understand what I can expect during recovery. I'll give them a 10
