Ashley gets a 10/10 from me, very nice and pleasant to talk to. She really knows how to make someone who is nervous laugh and feel okay. Overall, I have very mixed feelings about this place. In person, the staff was incredible. Everyone was very nice, and made you feel comfortable. Outside of the office, the communication was lacking, to the point where no one told me I would have to pay $250 the day of surgery. Paying isn't a problem, but a heads up would have been nice. The main issue was the way the doctor disappeared after waking me up. There were complications with my surgery and we had to stop and wake me up. Once I woke up, the 1st thing the doctor said was 'I am not going to tell you why we couldn't do the surgery, you won't understand. If you want to call later you can." Then I ne

First step of a 3 step process - tooth extraction- Dr Farrell and his staff were wonderful dealing with me, a very nervous patient… I am very pleased with the results- the implant is next. Everyone in this office was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and kind .

I had to an implant done in preparation for a crown. It's my first one and it's quite the process over several months. Well, Dr. Farrell and his team did a great job. He was professional and explained what he was doing with every step. The staff was professional and personable as well. I would definitely recommend this practice.

WARNING: I had a terrible experience here getting a tooth extracted. The pain was unbearable. After a few days I went back to have the doctor look at it. He looked quickly at my mouth, accused me of trying to get narcotics, and asked me to leave! I was still in an immense amount of pain. Went to another dentist the next day who said I had "textbook dry socket". My pain was ignored and dismissed and the dentist was rude and endangered my health.

Took my daughter here back in 2017. She had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. It was a bit of a complicated surgery as her teeth were growing in side ways. They did an awesome job. The staff was great, especially the recovery nurse. My daughter healed beautifully and had no problems afterwards. I would be bringing my son there now but was disappointed to find that they just recently stopped participating with CIGNA insurance.
