Dr Fries is such a friendly and nice dentist he puts you at ease. I've always had a good experience at his dental practice and he is always prompt and on time!

Myself and our family have been patients for many years. We have always had excellent care and excellent service. We have heard from many friends that other large dental practices tend to come up with creative ways to increase revenue - we have never ever experienced this with Dr. Fries.

Dr. Fries is friendly, knowledgeable, careful, and quick. I've been a patient there since I was a kid and so when people talk about bad dental experiences I can't relate at all. He should win awards just for being a good solid Dentist.

I had the best service and work done here two years ago and I called to schedule another appointment for a tooth issue I’ve been having. The receptionist told me I have a balance due from the first time I had gone and I immediately offered to come in and pay (I had no previous knowledge). She informed me they had sent out info regarding the payment but I did not get any mail after so I assumed insurance had covered it or I had not owed anything farther etc. She told me I was not allowed back and refused my offer to pay for it. Then, hung up the phone on me while trying to resolve the issue. She was extremely rude to me and gave no reason for refusing to resolve the issue. My entire family goes to this dentist.
