I have waited for over 2+ months for my prescription to be filled. I was not told my prescription would be expiring, so it expired and then I had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment. I went to said follow up appointment, and was assured my prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy. 4 more weeks, and two appointments later and my prescription is still not filled. Each time I've called to ask about what's going on, the receptionist at the front desk *Janet* told me "That's life" or, you'll just have to wait...I am still unaware of what's going on or when it will be filled. I have been nothing but patient, and I really like my dermatologist but this has gone on for months now and I am considering seeing a different provider.
