If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment. Our appointment was at 10 AM, and we arrived at 9:40. It’s now 12 PM and we still haven’t seen the doctor. The front desk staff was disrespectful — one woman even raised her voice at my mom just because she only speaks Chinese. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had, and it will definitely be our last time here. I can’t believe a hospital like this is still in business. Absolutely unacceptable. PLEASE DON’T COME!

Bad service, the wait is awful it’s usually a 1 hour wait or more to see the doctor and they don’t have enough seats for everyone a lot of propose have to wait in their cars or stand up the whole hour they are waiting and the front desk girls always have a bad attitude.

3rd world vibes. Waited 2.5 hours for a 2 minute conversation to book a colonoscopy. Absolutely infuriating. Waiting room is jam packed, no rhyme or reason as to why people are waiting so long. Never again.

I had the appointment at 2:40pm I waited and waited and it already 4pm and I still waited please next time do better I see why in few reviews some people said they didn’t like how they haded to wait for a hour and some more hour I even heard from some people that was waiting They even said that this isn’t the first time they haded to wait so long someone said they came around 10am because their appointment is at 10:05am they waited until 1:30pm they call them So yea those reviews people write are true this place does make you wait so long

如果要等3个小时为什么还要预约？ 我们第一次检查等了3个小时！仅仅见了医生1分钟。 第二次做肠镜检查，又等了三个小时。 既然要等这么久，为什么不把预约时间安排好？或者干脆延迟3个小时呢？ 候诊室里人满为患，闷热！有的人要在门口站着等待，开门都是难题。人们都在说，下次不会选择这里了。我同意，我相信我们也不会再来了。
