I Like Dr. Pirozollo however the way the office staff treated my kid was awful . she had a office visit for contacts -they changed her prescription when she received her contacts she tried it on and since they changed her prescription she couldn't see out of one eye. it was blurry . I instructed her to immediately go to the office with all contacts she ordered and switch it. they said there was nothing they could do. even though dr was in she would have to make another appointment for following week. how are you going to let her go a week without being able to see. When she said can you at least give me one so I can see now, they said no. They offered her no solution. They allowed her to leave . I left a message for the Dr to call but this isn't the first time we had issues filling prescr
