Hitesh and his staff are the most accommodating and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. They have assisted us in getting medications for individuals we serve at the last minute and even have picked up medications to bring to a second site after they were delivered. This is the premiere pharmacy to work with! We love working with them!

I work at SERV Behavioral Health Services and our company only uses RAPPS Pharmacy for our consumers. They go above and beyond for their clients. Today, a consumer was missing his insulin pen because someone didn't order it in. I called their emergency line and Mr. Patel made sure I got the insulin asap so my consumer didn't miss any of his shots. They saved the day and Mr. Patel was wonderful and they were actually closed today and did all this for us! We can't thank you enough!

Terrible service, they have had me waiting for my medicine for 3 days the infection has worsened and today I went and they made me wait 1 hour that they were going to prepare the medicine and when I ask again they tell me that they do not have it until the next day, I just hope that the infection does not get worse

Rapps Pharmacy goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy. They deliver medication and even called in an emergency driver to assist when needed. Pleasant, kind, and hard working staff.

Rapps Pharmacy went above and beyond for my family. Scheduling conflicts created an emergency need to locate a medical provider to administer a necessary injectable medication. Rapps not only provided the service complimentary but they also remained open after hours to accomodate our drive. I am forever grateful to the kindness and generosity shown by both the management and the nurse on staff. Thank you all!!! Side note...they were the only facility in a 2 hour radius willing to provide this service without notice and without benefit to them.
