Complete Care at Plainfield

I had a truly wonderful experience at this rehab and nursing facility in Plainfield. The therapy team is absolutely amazing and clearly knows what they are doing. I want to especially thank John, Ben Shital, Ben Jordan, Sunny, and the rest of the therapists for their dedication and expertise. They understood my medical condition very well and always chose the right exercises to support my recovery. Because of their hard work and encouragement, I am now able to stand, and John was especially helpful in training me with the proper devices. The recreation team, led by Michelle is also outstanding. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing care I received here. Thanks to the physical therapy team, I am walking again on my feet and have seen a huge improvement in my balance. The therapists are truly outstanding—John, Shital, Jordan, Ben Rosselle, and the rest of the team go above and beyond every day. The administration staff is just as wonderful. When I asked for a little variety, they even ordered me Chinese food, which meant so much to me and showed how much they genuinely care. Team is great. God bless you all. Rehab team is the best. Ms shital convinced me to stay here when I was about to quit. She gave me realistic goals. John and rossell got me walking. Jordan and Ben got me to do daily activity training. I am more than grateful for rehab team. Beverly and Sandy take good care of patients . Nurses are very good. There are some areas of improvement with food and housekeeping. Gym can be a little bigger. Team is amazing . High recommend for rehab team
