Customer Reviews
This pharmacy has completely gone downhill. Staff are often rude and will cut you off mid-sentence. The pharmacist isn’t bad individually, but overall the team makes the place feel unprofessional. The environment feels chaotic and overly rushed, which is concerning for a pharmacy. Communication is poor, questions aren’t clearly answered, and it’s difficult to get straightforward information about refills or insurance. Do yourself a favor and consider going elsewhere or to a larger pharmacy.
The woman Mary at the front desk isn’t too comfortable with dealing with customers who struggle with mental illness. I do not believe that this job suits her. She is an absolute detriment to the business and I pray that they find someone competent enough for the role.
I've been a customer at Rapoport for over 10 years and through two different owners. Mom & Pop styled pharmacy that has excellent pharmacists and always has my prescribed medication on hand. I like that it's a small store like the old pharmacies used to be until the likes of Rite-Aide and Walgreens.
I go there at least once a month and they are always friendly, attentive, professional and provide outstanding customer service. They will go out of their way to provide me with information to help me make informed choices. The experience is always 1000% better than you will get at any of the national big name pharmacies. I highly recommend them. I would never go anywhere else for my pharmacy needs.
I took my 86-year-old mother to get a Covid vaccination today. It was crowded and not everybody was fully masked. At times the man doing the paperwork had a mask just over his mouth rather than his nose. Another person working in the back was not masked. This is not a safe place to get the shot. Go elsewhere where they are more careful and conscientious. Regarding your response below, I would like to make the following comments: 1) We were not walk-ins as we made a previous appointment. 2) My mom's Medicare card was thoroughly checked before getting a vaccination. You were well compensated for what you did, as well you should be. 3) You did not make any accommodations for my mother to wait outside. I talked her into waiting in the car and called her when her shot was ready. 4) At the time
