I have seen Dr. Vidadi many times now. He is kind, thoughtful and engaging. His staff is friendly and informed. They are patient and easy to talk to. Benny is fantastique! The front desk ladies are super funny! :) The waiting room and dental areas in the back are clean and comfortable. The parking lot has plenty of room, not that I have ever waited long to be seen as the check in process is very thorough and quick. I have never encounter any problems in all my visits.

My kids and I had an excellent experience here and was able to get in very promptly and didn’t have to wait 6 months. The staff was welcoming, kind, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. The office was clean, professional, and well organized, and the entire visit was stress-free—which says a lot for a dental appointment!! We truly appreciate how gentle and attentive everyone was. We highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality care with a compassionate and friendly atmosphere!!!

Late Wednesday evening I was chewing on some milk duds and one of my back molars busted off at the gum line. My husband texted Rapids Dental explaining what happened and included a picture. The next morning he received a texted back stating that they could get me in at 2:00. When we arrived I was taken back almost immediately. An x-ray was taken and the dentist numbed my mouth. It took some serious effort on his part, but he got it out in one piece. My mouth was sore and swollen, still is, but I am glad I was able to get it taken care of so quickly. My bill, since I don't have dental insurance, was extremely reasonable. With everything skyrocketing in price it's nice to know I don't have to sell a kidney to get dental work done. The front desk lady is completely rude and talks out of turn. Doesn't know her job. The doctor is extremely arrogant tries to demand you to listen when he doesn't show you the same respect. I had to complain about the pain that I had after having the truth extracted and he did not seem to care. He tried to prescribe me Tylenol three and put on the prescription bottle that it would last 12 hours. The website itself says it only last 4 to 6.Would never recommend this place to anyone that I cared about hands-down one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Amazing receptionist but questionable doctors. Last November I had an emergency situation come up and they were more than happy to see me and went above and beyond to get me in. I was a little surprised when the doctor proceeded to place in a filling with his fingers. The process was not anything I was used to, besides having several fillings in my lifetime. I felt so uncomfortable about it and ended up getting a 2nd opinion. The other dentist told me there a cavity missed and the filling was placed over top of it. In addition, the material they used is something they had never seen before. I was so glad I got that 2nd opinion and had things fixed properly but do not plan on returning.
