Rapid Remedy Urgent Care Center

Overall I had a pleasant experience at Rapid Remedy urgent care, considering the reason I went in for, from the front office staff, the intake nurse and the doctor. Everyone was courteous and friendly, I was in and out in a very short amount of time. I would recommend Rapid Remedy to anyone wanting to forgo the typical emergency room visit and wait time.

Wait was not too bad, took about 20 minutes to be called back. Doctor found a solution, but when I told him I was still nursing my son, and was worried about medication side effects.. instead of finding a solution his solution to me was “time to wean” which I found incredibly disrespectful considering the journey to make sure we are successful in breastfeeding. Do not go here if you are a nursing mother in need of medical attention.

Would be 0 if I could. The doctor was not wearing a mask, was making rude jokes with my child about rectal thermometers, and said he's the doctor who just wants to give meds when they're not always needed. I was bothered enough to call & speak to the office manager about my concerns. She told me I was wrong because Dr Anderson always wears a mask (which he was - on his CHIN). She then proceeded to tell me to get a job and get my own insurance (without even knowing anything about me). I was shocked at how beyond unprofessional she was. I ended up hanging up because there is absolutely no talking with someone so rude and condescending. I wish I had the conversation recorded to share how utterly rude she was. The office managers name is Jody.

AWESOME SERVICE! My grandparents really appreciate Dr. Anderson and the personable relationship they have built over the years. Thank you Rapid Remedy for your fast and amazing customer service! We will always use your facility!

There is nothing Rapid about this place!!! Waited exactly 2 hours for my son to get a physical!!! Many many people that came in after us went in very quickly but we had to set for 2 hours then they almost let someone with the same first name go in place of my son!! ZERO stars would be the best rating!!!
