For the last year, it had been like pulling teeth trying to get any real service from other providers. I went through 5 different doctors before visiting Dr. Pummill, it was night & day the level of empathy & care he provided within the first 5 mins of our visit! He not only actively & empathetically listens, but he thoroughly researches all of his patient’s past visits & goes over your lab work in such incredible detail. I hate this place so much. I was struggling because I have a 17 month old and a 6 month old. At the time I was getting care I was getting help from family and didn't have my now 6 month old who was like a week old at the time. I tried to reschedule my appt as to my family was helping watch her 7 hours away. I was threatened that they'd call cps on me without asking my situation. And not only that but every time I went in there I had to wait an hour and a half to 2 hours with a cranky baby. The very last time I was there that happened to me then I had to wait even longer in the room. I walked out and get a phone call that Tracy was headed to the room. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They judge and threaten you. The receptionist is amazing but everyone else is a joke. I could sue

Family Medical Center is so lucky to have received Tracy Fry as a provider. I have had the opportunity of working with her in the past and having her as my PCP. The care she holds for her patients is truly amazing. She takes the time to listen and find the best treatment option available. Whether it be a newborn baby or an elderly grandparent, I would trust her to care for them.

Absolutely worst doctor office I have ever been to . If you depend on monthly medication DoNot expect if on time . Also when you ask the office manager why medication is a continued problem expect an attitude and of course no answer. The office manager exact response was "she didn't know what to tell me ". Also referrals for specialist took over 3 months to get . I will definitely find another medical provider for my family !

In my opinion, I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. I came in for a new patient physical last may. They looked me over and took my blood. So I thought the process was done. I need further treatment and came back a month later to my doctor had quit and gone. They then told me they are refusing to treat me. Then when I need my form for a physical completed they said they never gave a physical. In my opinion I will not be going here again.
