I had a great experience at Rapid Recovery with Dr. RJ. He really listened to my issues with nagging back pain and created a plan with exercises and new recovery methods. The clinic is modern, the staff is friendly, and they focused on getting me better without pushing endless appointments. I'm back at the gym without pain, and I'd recommend them if you're looking for real relief and a focus on long-term wellness.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This is the best place for recovery for all ages and especially for athletes. My daughter is a swimmer and Dr. RJ has really helped her with swimmer shoulders and all her recovery needs. Since she has started coming here it has helped with her performance in the pool and with training as well. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a recovery center. They have so many options for you to choose from to get you back in the game or just feeling better in general. Not only is the place great but Dr. RJ and his staff are one of a kind. You won’t just feel Iike a number , they actually care about you and your recovery path.

Adrienne is the best! The very first time I saw her she fixed two pulled groins with no pain so I could continue sports. I professional soccer and Adrienne keeps me on the field with all my injuries. I recently tore my ACL and meniscus and after going to WCA for a few weeks before surgery my meniscus healed itself. I recommend all athletes to go and get ahead on their bodies before they receive any injuries.

Adrianne is amazing my shoulder after surgery from 10 years ago never felt right come to find out Scar tissue everywhere. Adrianne has solved my rotation problem I feel 30 again. Thank you.
