We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Kawata and his staff. Everyone in the office is kind, patient, and truly knowledgeable, which makes every visit easy. They use the latest technology and you can tell Dr. Kawata really cares and works hard to get the best results. My daughter is in the final stage of her two-phase treatment, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. We love Dr. Kawata and all his office staff. Our 2 kids have had orthodontic treatment here for 5yrs or more and the team is always on point with service, treatment and results. Our kids treatment is coming along perfectly. Dr. Kawata is very up to date with treatment plans offered. Our son 14 had an expander and got braces here, daughter 13has a different treatment plan with braces as well. The kids love the progress and don’t complain about going for check up or treatment. Great experience, super friendly crew, never sat in waiting room longer than 5 mins, regular appointments were super quick. Excellent quality equipment. My old ortho used cheap stuff and every single time I went back I had atleast 5 broken brackets, I switched to Dr Kawata and only broke 1 bracket and that was my fault while I was eating hard candy. Highly recommend Dr Kawata. You may find somewhere cheaper but it is well worth paying a little extra for the experience and quality of this place. I regret i ever went to the cheaper ortho which was a waste of time. If I started at Dr Kawata I would have had my braces 3 to 4 years instead I had them 7 years. Dr. Kawata managed my orthodontics in the early-mid 1990s. I can’t begin to quantify the number of compliments I’ve received on my smile over the last 30+ years! There’s no way I could have realized it as a tween, but Dr. Kawata’s care and expertise would go on to have a powerful influence on my life. I mean: is there anything more fundamental to social interaction than a person’s smile?! I’m so thankful to Dr. Kawata and his team for giving me such a great one.
