Rapid Care Urgent Care

It is necessary not a fun experience having to visit an Urgent Care facility. Let me jump into the two negatives. First, the facility it dated. Second they don't take a wide range of insurance. If you have retired or military ones, they don't accept. However, they do offer cash payments. I visted around midnight on Jan., 31. The check in staff was great. Polite. They obviously are juggling multiple responsibilities, but I felt that did a great job. It took approx., 2 hours to get seen but their staff keep me updated and apologize for the time, which they did not. The Dr. Who cared for me was very much on point. Spent all the time needed with me to figure out the problem and come on with the best results to assist. Some of you need to take on mind this is a 24 hour Urgent Care facility

Negative stars… I came here in agonizing pain because it was closest to me and open at 5 in the morning. I had to drive myself so I needed it to be close. I walked in and the nurse at the desk was sleeping and I had to yell help 3 times to get her attention. She took her time waking up and when I asked where a doctor was she said he’s praying and won’t be back till 7am and to come back then, bent over in pain I began to cry and burst into tears asking what am I supposed to do, I need help… she called the doctor and he also took his time coming back and when he saw me he had extreme lack of care, watched me cry and said “hmm hurts that bad huh” I threw up in the trash can in the doctors room which was disgusting by the way. Nothing Rapid about this place, They have changed from Urgent Care only to now a Primary Dr office as well, So now you wait even longer, for all the appointments and they squeeze you in. Dr please pick one Urgent care or Primary don't do both. Be a professional pick one. Also The adult content tv show in the waiting room, Really??? Kids were in the waiting room, but i guess if the parents don't complain its o.k. huh? last time we come here for urgent care.

I went in for a check up after a minor car accident. It was odd that no one asked me what I was there for. It wasn’t until right before the doctor came in that the assistant asked me why I was there. The doctor was checked out and looked annoyed throughout the check up. They did see me quickly and determined I did not have a concussion so I guess there is that.
