Randy's Gateway Drug

I have been using this pharmacy for about 20years, my grandmother and other family members have been there for many years as well. We have all had problems getting our medicine filled and it has been different medications. It’s rly upsetting bc I used to be able to depend on my pharmacy having my prescriptions and would brag about never having problems with them. When I asked what was going on and why this kept happening, I was then told I could transfer my prescription somewhere else if I wanted. Definitely didn’t seem to be concerned with keeping me as one of their customers, so as of this moment I no longer am and I am working on moving my grandmother as well. I didn’t want to change but the lack of concern for the long time patients and the difficulty getting medicine left me with

Always friendly, fast service. I like that they take the time to know your name and your families names as well. Just gives the feel of a hometown pharmacy. I’m from the big cities and I promise you the pharmacy out there isn’t like this place. I really like having Randy’s as my family pharmacist. All the staff is amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like they’re over allotting patients. It’s now been 5 days without a medication my body depends on. Went in again today and was told they have already used up the medication and they are out again. Will be reporting to APhA.

I personally have always liked Randy's Gateway they're very nice,kind and just down to earth people and everyone usually always has a smile on their face 😊!

Everyone is extremely nice and I've never had to wait long.. everyone always has a smile for me and that is an awesome bonus!
