Had a scheduled appointment on 5/23/25, was told as I'm being seated in the exam room that my eyes would be dilated. Never once did they tell me this would be part of my exam for that day.( They text me as a reminder 3 times regarding my appointment. Never mentioned eye dilation!) I let them know I was NOT having my eyes dilated, I did not have a driver and last time they did this they didn't even give me the dark glasses as a courtesy. I had to pull over and sit in my car for 2 hours so I could try to make it home! (I live out of town.) I still almost got into an accident! She told me that I would have to go back to the front desk so they could talk to me. The lady proceeds to tell me that I will have to be rescheduled. She then tells me that on my next appointment they will dilate my eye

I have been going to this Dr for years never really overly satisfied however this last visit convinced me Ill never go again. First the office insisted I wear a mask....not so bad second when the Dr came in the first thing is he was speaking with the nurse and informed her that the last dilation I had the test were no good....that was over a year and a half ago...Why wasnt I informed then? My eye pressures need to be carefully monitored for Glaucoma to which during and because of his lecture he neglected to take my pressures. Third ....first question out of his mouth was have you been vaccinated to which I replied and then He proceeded to lecture me on HIS opinion on why I should be....then he wanted my specific reasons for not wanting the vaccine. A.... really non of his business howeve

Good doctor and staff, but just know you will be here at least two hours, probably closer to three. I always bring some papers to grade or paperwork to do while I wait. I didn't have any issues for a few years and was taken out of their system and had to start over as a "new" patient, which really wasn't that big of a deal. They are thorough and he knows what he's doing.

One hour and thirty minutes passed my appointment and I’m still sitting waiting to be seen by the doctor. When I asked the reason for the delay, I was told that they went ahead and over scheduled people today. She was telling me this like I care. Doctors are becoming greedier and greedier. I have noticed something even worse. Many hispanic patients came after us and they let them in first. Would I ever recommend this clinic to anyone? of course not. Especially if your not hispanic.

Most probably the worst staff and the longest wait time in Merced County. They put you on long hold when calling to make an appointment and make you wait for hours (over 2 hours sometimes) in the waiting room. Outmost disrespect for patients' time and they are not even apologetic about it. Dr. Randy is a good doctor, but the turmoil you go through to get to him is not worth it.
