Writing this review for my dad; they took very good care of him and Dr Chao is wonderful along with the rest of his staff!

Showed up early for my appointment, but wasn’t “early enough”. Told to reschedule after waiting days already. I understand if they were busy. But, I was literally the only patient there, when I walked out. Not another soul. The one person who was there earlier was an aide to a patient, they both had left. No cars in the parking lot but mine. I filled out their paperwork, but sat in the parking lot for a while just to see. Gaddy just didn’t want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. I’m sure she was catching up to leave early. Meanwhile I still have issues, but will NEVER step foot in their office again. And to the owner who puts a nice spin on the reviews, why not spend that time cleaning house?

I brought my 97 year old grandmother here for her first urology appointment. I was very impressed with the staff friendliness from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Jenny made checking in and scheduling the followup appointment a breeze. We saw Sara Jeans for this appointment and both she and the nurse assisting her took their time to explain things, answered our questions, were thorough and didn't make us feel rushed in any way. I highly recommend Randolph Health Urology.

I'm sure you're use to seeing fake reviews for small businesses so if you'd like a real one, read below. I was first seen by Sara Jeanes 3 years ago after a traumatic injury that changed my life. Due to my age, I was not taken serious by most medical professionals that had seen me post emergency surgery. The physicians that saw me could not believe someone my age had as serious of injuries and complications that I had endured. That being said, Sara Jeanes saved my life. She will disagree and not take credit but she is the only individual that took me serious enough to find the issue that almost cost me my life.
