Randi exceptional. My children and I have autoimmune diseases and she had taken great care of all of us. She listens in depth and wants to help! Some people have complained about the messages not being answered- that IS NOT on Randi… it’s on the front office. I took time to ASK the receptionist why my messages hadn’t gotten responses and found out it went through the front office and then relayed to Randi. Be sure you’re upset with the right person before making assumptions. I haven’t had any issues with Randi whatsoever! She’s someone who CARES and WANTS to help her patients!
Her communication skills are very bad. She doesn’t get back with you when you call. It takes her months on months to give you test results.
