I have been to the office several times in the last two weeks and told either the nurse or Amanda at every visit my stomach is bothering me terribly. I went in again yesterday and I said something else about it. I was told, that's not what this appointment is for make another appointment. Why so you can charge my insurance, and I lose more time at work. I already have to lose extra time now because she won't write the script for the pain pill I take.

The staff treated me like a junkie when I informed them numeroustimes that the rx order was not received at pharmacy and when pressed them later to meet earlier than my follow-up appt to discuss concerns with the rx as. As my vocation, I serve patients who battle addiction, and while I have no history of a SUD, my horrible experience at this clinic helped me gain more compassion for my clientele.

Nearly all of the physicians that accept Medicaid work for this company. Felt very uncomfortable and singled out being told that they are not currently accepting new patients with “my” insurance.
