Randalls Pharmacy

Randalls Pharmacy in Leander used to have some of the nicest and most caring staff I’ve ever met, every single one of them. Unfortunately, the experience has changed this year. It seems the new employees lack the same professionalism and empathy. Visiting a pharmacy usually means you’re not feeling your best, and encountering attitude or rudeness from the staff only makes things worse. It’s truly disappointing. What happened to the wonderful team that used to be here? Can you please consider bringing back the kind, attentive staff who made every visit such a positive experience?

Leigh at the pharmacy in Leander went out of her way to fill a prescription for my son basically at closing after a very negative experience at a different pharmacy. We were from out of town and needing an antibiotic for one of my children right before a holiday. The other pharmacy failed to let us know that they do not take our insurance right before closing until we were at the register ready to pay. At that point most other pharmacies were also closing and it was going to be an hour drive to try to get it filled at another 24 hour pharmacy. Leigh saved us all from that headache which helped us all get the help we needed after a very long day. Thank you sooo much!

Leigh and Ron are 2 of the most caring pharmacists I’ve ever met. They always have everything ready very quickly and provide excellent customer service at every transaction. Always friendly to my dog, he enjoys their service too (and the biscuits)!

Anna was extremely kind in helping us transfer antibiotics RX when CVS was out of medication and didn't even notify us :( and Randalls pharmacy was going to close at 8pm. They worked fast and fill RX for us before the pharmacy closed. Thank you Randalls pharmacy staff, keep up great work!!

I forgot her name, but the lady I just spoke to was the nicest pharmacy employee I've ever spoken to. I am a new customer switching over from CVS, and she was just so helpful and patient. This was around 6:25pm on 10/25/22. I really do appreciate her level of service and just wanted to share.
