Randall Children's Neurosurgery

My providers office sent a referral on 09/18/2025 and 9/29/25. They say they did not get the referral. When I spoke with a worker they said they found the referral from 09/18/25 on 09/30/2025. They said to call back next week. Which I did on 10/08/2025. They said they did not get the referral until 10/04/2025. They cannot schedule and we need to wait about 2 week to get my 2 year old booked. Unsure if this is normal but we had this issue with the MRI department as well. And never received results as well until our primary care provider called themselves almost 3 weeks later.
