We went to Dr. Moore for Clear Connect liners. I paid the full fee upfront over $3k back in March 2024. I went for a final fitting for the second phase in February 2025 and I am still waiting for the liners. Numerous calls and letters were ignored and I had to file complaints with various NYS agencies. It appears small claims court is the next step. Stay far away..

I paid $300 for the retainer several months ago, never received it, they are now ignoring my calls.

I am an over 60-year old adult who went to Dr Moore for braces to correct several issues that were not addressed in childhood. He did a wonderful job straightening out my crooked and misaligned teeth to a beautiful even set of teeth. I feel like they are not real they are so nice. He was also quite patient with my grumpiness at having braces at my advanced age.

They are very kind, they let you pay not all at once, and the braces are strong
