Had my first visit at Pleasantville Smiles today for a cleaning and checkup and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The office is spotless, calm, and welcoming—and there’s plenty of parking, which made everything easy. The front desk staff was so friendly and organized. They explained everything clearly and even checked my insurance and fees before I scheduled my follow-up appointment, so there were no surprises. The visit felt thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Pleasantville Smiles as a new patient. I am an anxiety ridden patient when it comes to the dentist but when I walked in I felt super comfortable. The receptionist was a doll and super helpful. The assistant, Tasha was very professional and listened to my teeth issues. Has awesome hair too.. loved the style. When I met with Dr. Heather Sudre I immediately felt at ease and calm. The color of the wall paint really is soothing! She is very professional and attentive to my concerns. She then went over everything that I need to be done and answered all my questions. I am happy to say that Pleasantville Smiles is my new home for dentistry 😁
