Everyone was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. He explained everything and listened to how I was feeling and what was going on.

Do not come here! I had an issue and requested a refund, and they would not do it. They gave me the runaround. I had to go through my bank to dispute the refund. Avoid it like the plague!

When my surgeon told me I would need PT after my “open” rotator cuff surgery on March 4th I reminded him that I had great success with Rancho PT after my Knee replacement, hip replacements X2, hand surgery and back issues. I had no interest in any other clinic. On March 21st I had my evaluation @ Brockton clinic. We set up 12 visits to start the next day Friday March 22nd. When I arrived yesterday everything proceeded as expected. The exercises were uncomfortable but tolerable. The assistant who helped me was kind and professional. After about an hour she suggested I had finished the proscribed work and that I would next have stimulation & heat before I was finished. They moved me to a table and Mr. Sergio Tejada came over.
