I'm so happy to have met Dr. Oh, finally a doctor that I can trust with my teeth. He took the time to actually educate and explain the different outcomes with the different treatment options. I went in for a consultation, there was no wait time the staff was super sweet and welcoming. He was extremely professional and it was nice to know he also was a kids specialist before becoming an orthodontist which is rare to find! I never felt rushed out of there like other offices that I have gone to. The staff had great positive energy and you can tell that they truly do care for their patients. Carissa was amazing as well! They know I have a fear of dentists and they made this experience so pleasurable!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. James Oh and his team! My teenage son just got his braces off, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Oh is truly amazing — professional, patient, and incredibly skilled at what he does. I can't say enough great things about this orthodontic office in Rancho Cucamonga. Dr. James Oh is incredibly detail-oriented and truly takes the time to listen and address every concern without ever making you feel rushed. His thoroughness and commitment to getting things right really stand out and inspire a lot of confidence. The entire experience, from scheduling to being seen in the chair, has been smooth and pleasant. The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes each visit something I actually look forward to. It's genuinely a pleasure coming to this office. Highly recommend Dr. Oh and his team to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

My experience has been mixed. Sometimes I’m greeted upon arrival, and other times I’m not. The staff generally seem nice, but during my most recent visit I left feeling unvalued and unwelcome. I was given a new set of aligner trays and explained that the bottom tray felt loose and did not fit properly. This has happened before — the first time, they corrected the issue and provided a tray that fit. However, this time I was told, “That’s how it is,” which was disappointing and concerning. I won’t mention any specific individuals, but I hope others have a better experience than I did. I will not go back hope this helps

We are so happy with Dr,Stockdale and Staff! My son has been seeing wonderful results in such a short time we couldn’t be more pleased. The orthodontists are incredibly skilled and professional, and they also have such a kind and caring approach that makes every visit comfortable.
