Don’t come here if you expect professionalism from any of these STUDENTS. My first mistake was not reading closer to see that this is a practice. Atleast that’s how the nurses I had were acting. I have severe depression and due to that my teeth are pretty terrible, the first dentist to work on my mouth was actually very kind and respectful of my anxiety, I believe it may be the main dentist but I don’t recall his name. Besides that, I have a temporary set of caps in my mouth that was supposed to be removed in 2023, however, that didn’t happen. My nurse was in charge of removing the temporary’s and obviously the uncomfortableness of the situation caused me to groan a bit, not in pain just a different feeling, I tried to explain this to the nurse but she just got more irritated every time I

Today is 1/12/24 Place is beautiful….. However, who ever the front receptionist at the desk is trapped in her own world that revolves around her. I had a 3pm apt. ant 2:40 and told her I was here for the 3pm and she harshly brushed me off with an attitude, “I know! We’ll get to you.” Like she was irritated by me and I know cause she was just smiling and laughing with her colleagues but when I walked up the tone and facial expressions changed instantly. My wife advised she was treated the same way when she brought my kids. I confronted her after hearing this and asked her if she treats everyone like this brushing me off and being harsh, she had a new tune and laughed and smirked like I was crazy. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM. Upon arrival, the office was closed, and there was a sign on the door stating it was closed for lunch from 2-3 PM. We waited until 5 PM, but the door remained shut, and we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. It took us a long drive to get there, wasting half a day. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a severe no-show from a medical institution. Extremely disappointing.

This dentistry has to be one of the best dentistries I have ever stepped foot in. As soon as I walk in, I am pleasantly and warmly welcomed by the front office staff. The wait time is close to nothing and once I get called back I get treated with the utmost respect. The back office staff know exactly what they're doing at all times and make your teeth their number 1 priority. I've never liked the dentist, I'm actually terrified of dentistries but this one in particular makes me feel safe as I know my teeth are in good hands. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants the best dental work done.

I liked the last owners better. These one are weak on customer service. I had the earliest appointment, I waited 15 min. After appointment to get brought in for Xrays then sat there for 45 min. Before the doc came in. He doesn't even discuss Xrays or treatment with you. Another lady comes in who knows nothing. If you need work you'll probably wait another 45 min. Just to get started.
