My wife had an emergency where she had to pull her tooth and she mentioned the doctor was amazing. She did not feel anything during the pulling of her tooth and it healed perfectly. She is so satisfied with the professionalism. She would give more than 5 stars! :)

I had a very painful tooth and they got me in the next day for an emergency appointment, he extracted my tooth and while those are never fun it was the best one I’ve had so far. I have POTS and he was very understanding of me not wanting to have the novocaine with epinephrine, he made sure I was not feeling any pain, was very patient with me and made the process as smooth as possible. He has some of the best prices I’ve seen and his staff are all wonderful. I will absolutely be back for regular dental cleanings and exams.

If your practice decides to not be in network with a given insurance provider, the burden is on you to inform your patients. I found out my insurance was no longer accepted, but only after making a 23 mile trip to my appointment. The lady at the front desk wasn’t even willing to offer a solution. I’d like to think this is not done with premeditation in the hopes of nudging the patient to pay out of pocket. That would be very screwed up and truthfully surprising from a provider who I thought after my first visit, was a reasonable and caring individual. In a world of dental practices eager to make a buck at any cost, it’d be disappointing to learn this one is too.

The staff is sweet but they have issues with communication. I've called them specifically for *cleaning* and I told them that I had braces that I was going to remove for that day and that I was also a new patient. They took the appointment and all was well until after they took all my X-Rays. That's when they told me they couldn't do the cleaning that day because I was a new patient. I spent my whole entire day out dealing with my braces only to be turned away in the end. Could they not have told me this during the phone call I took when I scheduled the appointment? They knew I was a new patient and they new I wanted a cleaning but refused to tell me they couldn't do the cleaning that day until AFTER I took the X-Rays. Thanks for wasting my time.
